Pousada Vila Velha in the Old Town of Pirenopolis was a delightful retreat for our Christmas getaway. The owners truly embody the spirit of Brazil, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The hotel's outdoor area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The free afternoon tea and cakes were a lovely touch, adding to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort. Our room, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff, was always immaculate and well-appointed with modern amenities. The tasty breakfast spread each morning was a highlight, offering a variety of local flavors to start our day right. The location of Pousada Vila Velha was ideal, being just a short drive away from the bustling center but still providing a peaceful retreat. The staff's willingness to accommodate our needs, such as moving us to a more spacious room, was truly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Pousada Vila Velha exceeded our expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna facilities, adding a touch of luxury to our adventurous holiday. It's a place we would highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Brazil in a cozy and welcoming setting.
